With deep knowledge of consumer behavior and excellence in Visual Merchandising, she implemented operational standards that boosted results and ensured sophisticated and consistent shopping experiences.

Fluent in several languages, she operates with strategic vision and multicultural sensitivity, leading international projects with precision, innovation, and a strong focus on performance. In My Current Chapter

Global Market Director at BONDOT, the offline marketing service brand of the A-share listed company eClickTech, and Partner and Director of Brand Expansion in Brazil. Responsible for the strategic and operational management of the global retail expansion project for premium and luxury brands, based on the OMO (Online-Merge-Offline) model, integrating digital intelligence with physical retail experiences to drive innovation, visibility and sales performance. I lead the coordination of the store openings, overseeing local teams, setting commercial goals, designing and delivering training programs, and implementing tailored visual merchandising strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). My role also involves aligning global brand standards with local market insights, ensuring consistent customer experience and brand positioning across diverse regions. With a cross-functional approach, I collaborate closely with marketing, product and retail teams to translate data and brand identity into measurable retail success.

Life Beyond Work: Exploring, and Building Meaningful Bonds

Outside the professional world, I’m a calm, home-oriented person who values authenticity, solidarity and meaningful connections. I’ve always been very close to my family, and since I was a child, I’ve had big dreams, my first was to become an actress. I even took courses and did a few small projects, which sparked my passion for communication, expression and storytelling.

But the world of business also fascinated me. From a young age, I started entrepreneurial ventures on my own: I ran thrift shops, sold clothes, opened small stores, always looking for opportunities, learning by doing, and growing through each step.

My first official job was as a cashier in a shopping mall store, and it was there, on the sales floor, that I discovered my passion for retail and began to build the path that would eventually take me to international leadership roles.

Sports also played a big role in shaping who I am. I practiced judo from age 6 to 15, reached the brown belt, and learned from an early age the value of discipline, responsibility, focus and persistence. Even when my routine changed and I followed another direction, those values stayed with me.

 

Another passion that’s always been present in my life is languages, cultures and connecting with people. In 2015, I went on my first exchange program to the United States, a life-changing experience. Since then, I’ve lived in France, Germany, returned to the U.S., and traveled to more than 18 countries, becoming fluent in English, Spanish and French, in addition to my native Portuguese.

 

In 2024, I took on a new challenge: an exchange program in China. During that experience, I received the opportunity for my current role, a clear reminder that stepping out of your comfort zone, staying curious and investing in growth truly pays off. Learning languages and exploring different cultures helped me connect my passions to my purpose: turning experiences into bridges, business into relationships and goals into achievements.
